Today Ethan had his 2-month appointment. He now weighs 11lbs and 5 oz, 21.8 in height and head circumference is 15.6. The Doctor said that he is doing great and is completely normal. Now is where the story takes a turn. The nurse came in to administer the shots. One moment Ethan was smiling to mommy then suddenly turned beet red and was screaming. She came in from behind and gave him three shots in his leg. It took me about 5 minutes to calm him from his screaming but only to a whimper. He has been whimpering all day long and it is heart wrenching because I really can't help him. Due to the shots he had developed a fever. Therefore I gave him some Tylenol, which the doctor had given me. In the picture Ethan is crashed out from the Tylenol and you can see his little band-aid. My poor baby.

We have to go through that at Olivia's next appt - I told Mike he'd HAVE to come with me b/c I'll probably end up crying when she does!
He's one handsome little guy though! I hope you enjoy doing this blog and that everyone enjoys reading it. I know I'll be checking it! Take care and enjoy that nice TX weather. =p
Poor Baby, maybe mom and dad will let him sleep with them tonight. We miss him so so much.
