The last and final task of South Dakota has been crossed off my bucket list today and it was worth the wait! Black Elk Peak AKA Harney Peak was an awesome hike not only because of the breathtaking views, but because of the sweet company as well. We completed this hike with our friends, The Hernandez' and The Becks! We couldn't have asked for better weather and we were even lucky enough to lunch at Black Hills Burger and Bun! It's not a secret that Ellsworth doesn't rank high on my love list, but the Black Hills and Custer State Park areas will always hold a special place in my heart!
