It was the shortest, yet longest two years! Like every assignment, we come away with lifelong friends and sweet memories! Zip-lining in Keystone, camping and hiking in Custer, and snowmobiling the Black Hills. We made sure to take full advantage of all that South Dakota had to offer and the best part is that we did it with our Mil-family. Eric handed over command of 28 CS today, so despite the day being bittersweet and wiping a few tears, we're very excited that our next assignment is taking us to Oahu Hawaii and we can't wait to fully adapt to island life!!
This blog gives our family and friends a chance to be involved in our lives and watch our children grow. We have been blessed with four beautiful children; Ethan, Gracie, Lexie & Eli. Lexie and Eli were both born with Hydrocephalus. Siblings with Hydrocephalus is rare, yet not unheard of.

Belize, Honduras and Cozumel? Yes, please!!!
We started off our summer with a bang! We flew into Texas from South Dakota, met up with my side of the family and jumped aboard a cruise ship for seven days of adventure, relaxation and a wedding!
It was a great trip full of food, family and fun!
