Miss Gracie loves rainbows and since rainbows usually come after water, we thought it would be fun to go to an indoor water park to celebrate her special day! This sweet and sassy girl lights up our life like no other. She has the sweetest heart, sharpest tongue and really tries hard to be the best little girl that she can be. Her teacher even mentioned that Gracie holds herself to a higher standard than most. There are times when I have to convince her that B grades are perfectly fine. She loves to play outside any chance she can get. However, still a girly girl as ever with nail polishes, hair-dos and matching outfits for crazy amounts of time! She loves her siblings something fierce and demands affection from Ethan even though he despises it on a daily basis. She's my right hand girl and never complains about helping me with her younger brother and sister. She still wants to grow up to be a mommy herself which I find adorable and seeing how she is my mini me, her intense desire to be correct and organized can drive me bonkers, but we love her to pieces!
This blog gives our family and friends a chance to be involved in our lives and watch our children grow. We have been blessed with four beautiful children; Ethan, Gracie, Lexie & Eli. Lexie and Eli were both born with Hydrocephalus. Siblings with Hydrocephalus is rare, yet not unheard of.

Pinewood Derby
This was Ethan's last year participating in the Pinewood Derby since he will be moving onto Boy Scouts this year. Which makes this mommy a little sad that a yearly tradition is now over. His Cub Scout troop invited the Girl Scouts for a Pinewood/ Powderpuff Derby, so Gracie also got to participate. They each had fun making their cars and enjoyed watching them go down the track.
Ethan made a tank and Gracie made a hot dog car!
