When it comes to feeding herself, Lexie has always struggled. I want to say it has been a little over a year now that she has been feeding herself using the pincer grasp or the raking motion. Our latest goal is teaching her to use a utensil. She's having a hard time getting the food on her fork and gets frustrated, but like anything else that Lexie has learned, she will figure it out at her own pace. We are going to really hit this goal hard this summer, so wish us luck!
